		<description>money like that needs at minimum double managers set up to compete with each other and another set who keep tabs on whether they are conspiring.  get always at least two competing managers, and fire them every now ant then.  get a couple of hungry smaller outfits to keep track of and report what the larger ones are doing.  fire them every now and then, and demand all their records when you do.  that is a start.  finally sign All our own checks.  Never give signing power away. Never.  good luck
