It literally took me 9 months to get my internet and cable fixed correctly by Cox communications. I kept having signal loss for both and would have a guy come out. He would fix something and it would be better for a week or two. After having the ends replaced, etc, I finally got a hold of the guy in charge of the internet techs for Las Vegas. He personally sent a guy out who figured out that the cable should be replaced, new splitters put in and a maintenance ticket for an environmental problem. I ended up getting a free wall fish for a new outlet and a month of free service. Yes it does, but sometimes you have to be in it for the long haul.
